the streets of seoul are no strangers to organized crime, but it's never been quite like this. following a slew of political scandals and the resulting impeachments, the nation fell into turmoil — ushering in an era of rampant crime and institutional incompetence. with the country in shambles, a decades-old mob called uraeus rapidly gained influence; feeding off of the state’s widespread amorality by welcoming dozens of new recruits as well as finding several footholds within the increasingly disorganized government system. but local law enforcement refuses to taking things sitting down, vowing to make up for their previous inefficiencies by dismantling uraeus once and for all — even if it means beating the mob at their own game.

originally built for the purpose of training foot soldiers and recruits, a functionality it serves to this day, this underground structure has since evolved to include uraeus' very own combat arena. supervised by the recruitment and initiation executor.
ODDITY
perhaps the most widely known underground club owned by the mob, oddity has not only become a hub for uraeus' drug trade, but prime hunting ground for new recruits as well.
THE HIVE
a highly secure duplex located just two blocks away from SMPA HQ, the hive serves as a home to task force serpens and will continue to do so for as long as the operation stands.
SOLAR BOULEVARD
sleek and imposing, this high rise of glass and steel houses uraeus headquarters under the harmless guise of an insurance company.
FABLED
a far cry from starbucks, this lesser-known café is well-loved by those who know of it. decked out in homey decor and serving drinks that would make any coffee connoisseur weep, fabled has rapidly gained a loyal clientele.
THE MAPLE
open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and with all-day breakfast to boot — this small, out-of-the-way diner serves as a sanctuary to anyone who might need it.
THE HAT
this pub is one of the few places that could truly be considered neutral territory. catering to the mob, the police force, and civilians alike, the drinks ome cheap — but the price for violating the peace would be a shot to the shoulder fired by the owner himself.
